BLACK Professional Line Bleaching Powder PLEX Technology Bleaching powder with protective properties 500ml. An ideal choice for hair bleaching and hair fiber protection. Guarantees whitening up to level 9. Thanks to PLEX technology, which softens hair bleaching, protecting the hair during the entire procedure. The agar-agar contained in the composition, obtained from red algae, contains a large amount of pantothenic acid, vitamins E and K, which strengthen hair fibers during bleaching. *Bleaching up to level 9 is possible with double use without stressing the hair fibers. Use: Pour the necessary amount of bleaching powder into a non-metallic container. Add oxidant 3, 6, 9, 12% (10, 20, 30, 40 vol.) to the product, in a ratio of 1:2. Depending on the dyeing technique and the desired result, the ratio of bleaching powder and oxidant can vary from 1:1 to 1:2. Mix the products thoroughly until you get a homogeneous consistency. The strength of the oxidant and the application time depend on the chosen technique, the desired result and the starting tone. TIME OF USE: apply the product to the hair and leave until the desired result is achieved, but leave for no longer than 40 min. Bleaching powder for natural and colored hair.
