BlondMe bleaching powder allows lightening up to 9 levels, natural and dyed hair. Included in the bleaching powder are, anti-yellow pigments that block any kind of undesirable yellow shades, while maintaining hair structure of the bleached hair.
Integrated in the powder is a Bonding Technology that protects hair structure and hair bonds from potential damage.
Application: Mix together with BlondMe developer (2%, 6% or 9%) in a ratio (from 1: 1.5 to 1: 2.5), depending on the desired result. Apply the mixture immediately after preparation. Apply onto dry, unwashed hair in large quantities to obtain a uniform lightening effect. Exposure time is 20-45 minutes, depending on your natural hair color. Don’t apply heat. Rinse out and shampoo and condition with products from BlondMe line.
