Description
Wella Multi Blond Powder Bleach(800ml) Tri-Lightening technology contains anti-yellowing molecules that help achieve a pure shade. Whitens up to 7 shades. The powder is mixed with Welloxon Perfect Emulsion 6%, 9% and 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a non-metallic container. To use: apply to unwashed hair. Duration of action depends on the condition of the hair. Mixing ratio 1:1,5 to 1:2 (NOT 1:1). In contact with the scalp, use Welloxon oxidant up to a maximum of 6%. Check the result every 5-10min. Maximum exposure time up to 50min. After time of exposure rinse with warm water and shampoo hair.
